Spareroomsearch.co.uk is a free house mate and spare room finding service. Using the links above you can create a personal listing to advertise either your spare room or yourself as a potential house mate. Once you complete this process which takes only a couple of minutes other visitors to our site can search through our database, find your listing and contact you to arrange a meeting. Thier is no charge and you can remove your listing at any time. If you do not login within 90 days your listing will be automatically taken offline. We take steps to keep your personal details secure and to prevent you from being contacted for any reason other than meeting you to arrange a house share. Spareroomsearch.co.uk is designed to be really easy to use and if you have any problems you can always contact us from this site.

  4. 4. Do not reveal personal details such as when you leave home in the morning, arrive at night or where you work.

  5. 5. If you are not entirely happy with your first meeting you are under no obligation to have a second meeting or consider their application further.

  6. 6. If you meet someone who is substantially different from their online listing and who you think should be not using spareroomsearch.co.uk then contact us and tell us about them.
